Combs, Schaefer, Ball & Little, dba Middletown Title Agency was formed over 30 years ago.  The firm is now owned by attorneys Edward B. Schaefer, Nathan M. Little and Rocky G. Ball, Jr. Unlike other title companies Middletown Title has the unique advantage of having an attorney involved in the process from start to finish.  Middletown Title has handled all types of real estate transactions, including, FHA, VA, conventional, lender owned, Fannie Mae, commercial, landlord tenant, land contract, 1031 exchange, residential and trust owned.  Our attorneys also practice in many different areas that lend expertise to complex real estate issues such as bankruptcy, elder care law, wills, trusts and business law.  We can help advise your clients on matters from the tax ramifications of short sales to the risks involved with buying lender owned property.  We often are asked to take over complicated closings from other title agencies when issues arise.  In addition to our attorneys, we have staff members and paralegals ready to handle your transactions with a high level of expertise.
